Making a Security Camera Focus Closer?

I'm trying to convert an old security camera to a bird box camera.  I've created a mount on the box, and generally it's working pretty well.  The focus is a little blurry although actually better than I expected.

I used to have for my iphone some clip on lenses that changed the focal length and FoV of the camera, and want to do something similar to my security camera to make the focus closer.  However I don't know either where to start calculating what I need to buy, or where to buy it when I know what I'm after.

Anybody know any resources to help me on my quest?  I have until Feb lats year to get this up and running....

Thanks in advance,

Simplest solution for me would be using prescription lenses for old people if you have spare one somewhere otherwise it could be expensive relatively to buy new one, second hand maybe. There also might be another solution by disassembling it and tinkering with lens? but I have no idea how those stuff work.

@cloudy Thanks for the idea.  I already am an old person - so I do indeed have spare close focus lenses knocking about.  Great idea.  I'll give it go.  Many thanks.
