Hi everyone!
I’m thinking about making a touchscreen monitor for my Windows desktop PC using a touchscreen display from a laptop.
Before I start, I’d like to get your opinions on whether it would be worth building one myself or if I’d be better off buying a ready-made portable touchscreen monitor.
For those who have experience with DIY displays, which option would you recommend, and why?
I’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions. Thanks!

Only ones I've made used light - yeah, I really AM that old.
The tech is mature but surely it would be cheaper to buy one?
Take everything I say with a pinch of salt, I might be wrong and it's a very *expensive* way to learn!
