i cant seem to find a source of brass sheets/u channels in my area in America, anyone have a clue of where to look online? i tried finding a 12x24 inch sheet and going off the sizes for my 2 extra screens i should expect a bit more than 6-7mm with the sheet. i know how to braze/solder since i have to with copper tubing so i want to go the brass route instead of the mdf route. but all i can find is aluminum

b173rw01 v.5 was found in a storage room from when my dad had decided to try replacing a screen (he decided against it last minute and got a new laptop)

ive found the brass sheet on eBay and amazon, I was hoping to find a local store i could by from nearby but ill settle on amazon. now I'm just trying to find the u channel and its giving me more of a headache trying to get the depth of the channel correct in my head since the b173rw01 v.5 says its got a outline depth of 5.8 mm add in the sheet and its almost 7 mm so i figured id try to find an 8mm deep for comfort which seems to be 3/8 inch so going to look for that...and i feel like i put this in the wrong section at this point and it should be in misc so if a mod can move it please do.
