Replace surface laptop motherboard with tablet motherboard

I have a surface clone device that stopped turning on (Samsung Galaxy Book 2 12").  The screen and body are so nice that they're worth preserving but the cpu, ram, and storage all sucked.  I'd love to replace it with a galaxy tab or pixel tablet motherboard.

My main concern is if it would even be possible to connect the screen to some other mobo. I know you can often get controller boards for laptop screens. Theoretically I could get the controller and connect it through the usb-c port but I worry about space constraints in the chassis

My knowledge of the internals is limited right now as it is all glued together and I've been hesitant to disassemble it for fear of breaking it.

The galaxy book 2 12" wasn't popular so there's little information about it online.

this is it for reference: Samsung Galaxy Book2 12" 128GB (AT&T), S Pen and Keyboard included Tablets - SM-W737AZSBATT | Samsung US

Finally, I'm new to the forum so if this isn't the ideal category for this topic and I'm able to move it, please just let me know and I will move.  I just figured that my question mainly focuses on the display, this category makes sense.

My (partly educated) guess is no, sorry. These things are often customised to the mobo and even the same part # might (probably will) have different firmware. This is not my area of expertise by any stretch and I'd be happy to hear from anyone with more experience.

Welcome to our community though, even if it's not what you wanted to hear, this is a great place to learn about electronics and the things that make it tick.

Take everything I say with a pinch of salt, I might be wrong and it's a very *expensive* way to learn!
