Hi I don't know if this belongs here but I wanted to share my idea of the DJ Desk I built as a Box on top of a Ikea Kallax Shelf.
I wanted to have a lid which closes everything away and protects the turntables.
As for Technology: Besides the turntables, the mixer and power/audio cable management inside the desk i put a hue lightstrip inside to control light. Also i used a old 20" iMac Screen and a display controller board screwed to the lid. Display signal and USB from the mixer, keyboard and trackpad run to a USB C hub which gets connected to my closed MacBook Air when I use the system to play music.
I hope you like it. Its not as perfectly built as the things we all know from the channel but its made only with jigsaw, orbital sander and some hard oil on the terrace.

You should get a special jigsaw expert badge for managing to keep everything that straight with a jigsaw.
