So I'm working on a project that requires multiple electronic components, most being at least 12v. Can anyone recommend a converter that will suit my needs using a 3.7 LiON battery?

just get anything from aliexpress that fits your need. They all work fine. Leave some margin for safety if you go with cheaper ones
