Hi, I am looking to build the motorized monitor lift but all of the links to the parts have broken Ebay links. does anyone have any parts suggestions or know what parts he used. Also I need Motor suggestions, I am looking to lift something around 35-40 pounds.

You can try searching for similar parts on online marketplaces like Amazon or specialized electronics stores. For the motor, look for a heavy-duty linear actuator with a lifting capacity of at least 40 pounds.
