Looking to hire an 'Artificial Sunlight' from someone.

I'm working on a documentary about an incident back in 1971, involving a Vulcan Bomber. We are filming in the cockpit and I'd like to have columnated light on a track and dolly outside so we can give the impression that the Vulcan is changing direction, to help sell the idea of the plane being Airborne.
