I got same many broken phones and each of them having a great quality camera but i am tired searching and found nothing that can run those camera module outside a phone natively as usb cam of web cam and all across youtube every phone cam video is fake

They have great quality not because the sensor is great, because it has power to capture it. You need a reasonable amount of processing power to get good footage out of them not just sensor readouts also encoding and writing to disk. So in order to use them even if you reverse engineered the protocols, you need a hardware very similar to the phone itself. In a nutshell the best way to use them is to repair motherboard of those phones and get the footage with a webcam app.
