Need help creating a height adjustable desk using only in-house components

Before I start, thank you so much for reading this.

I live in rural area somewhere in Asia and height adjustable desks are way too much expensive as there are no local company that makes it. Every desk has to import and the price are sky rocketed.

I was hoping some help/resources to create my own desk and even supply to the local shops if possible. But for that I've to make everything by my own as I can't even buy the legs from around.
